Karthikeyan Kumaraguru (Karthik) is a dynamic and high-energy speaker on topics such as project/program management leadership, change leadership, organizational governance and portfolio risk management. Recently he has spoken at several venues like the PMI® Leadership Institute Meetings-NA, Global Congress-NA, several regional conferences and other venues.
 
Karthik frequently writes leadership POVs, and also contributes as a content-provider and reviewer for global standards such as “A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge®” (PMBOK Guide®) and “Project Manager Competency Development Framework®” (PMCDF®).
 
He has served on the boards of PMI components for 6+ years under various capacities and is a graduate of the 2007 PMI® Leadership Institute Masters Class – NA, provided by the PMI Leadership Institute®.
 
He works for Global eCommerce Integrations Team at Walmart. When he is not working, he frequently plays 'hide and seek' with his children and loses to them.
